Manama, Jul 29: Changes being in sync with bringing a balance for ensuring harmony within Bahrain, His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa ratified and issued Laws 32,33, 34 and 35/2018. Law 32/2018 was ratified and issued while endorsing the Third Protocol of the Bahrain-US Free Trade Agreement (FTA), which was signed in Washington on November 30, 2017.
Ratifying and issuing Law 33/2018 which amended article 30 of Law 3/2002 on regulation of municipal elections, HM the king also ratified and issued the Public Health Law 34/2018. Rescinding 3/1975, Law Decree 14/1977 and Law 3/1985, that highlighted imported foodstuffs, currently applicable rules and resolutions are being endorsed in areas, which is not in breach of this law until issuance of the relevant rules and resolutions stipulated in this law.
Ratifying Law 35/2018, HM the King endorsed Bahrain’s accession to the agreement of the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
