Launched at the beginning of the travelling season at different ports, The Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) continues its travel safety awareness campaign, where the team works at the Bahrain International Airport and the King Fahad Causeway provided travellers with information and instructions. Supplied to them in the form of tip cards, it speaks about important steps that should be taken care of in certain situations, especially ‘loss of passports.’
The campaign stressed the importance for the travellers to protect their personal belongings and keep electronic copies of their documents safely in their emails. Further, citizens who planned on travelling abroad were urged to comply with security and safety to avert any incident of accidents or thefts and spend a pleasant holiday before returning to Bahrain.
